Finding People, Shrinks, and Still Being Hungry...


Hey everyone. Guess what? Yeah - I'm still hungry. Guess what else though? I've lost 25 pounds! Hurray! The good thing is that I'm healthier than ever before, and although I still just feel hungry all the time, I feel like my body is starting to finally adjust to my new healthy lifestyle. I keep telling it there will be no more Carl's Junior or McDonald's... but it keeps asking for it. So far I have been strong, and my whole never snacking philosophy has really paid off. I'm extremely well-hydrated too thanks to all the water I drink these days. Did you know that drinking the recommended amount of water each day will help you lose a total of 10 extra pounds over the course of a year? I read that somewhere. I'm losing weight anyway, so I don't know how much of it has to do with the water, and how much of it has to do with me just eating a LOT of veggies and lean meats... but either way, I'm happy. :)
Anyway, enough about me and my dieting adventures. I have a couple of fun sites for you today. This one is about how to find people online, and this one is about finding a person to coach your life... you know, like a life coach. I found it because I was thinking about getting one, but this site showed me I probably just needed a shrink instead. Heehee. Okay. Gotta run now... literally. I am doing that whole 10,000 steps a day thing as well... and I've gotta go get some steps in before any more of the day gets away from me.
