I'm hungry again. I think that's because I have been sitting at the computer too long at work. I don't want a meal either, just a snack. But, I'm trying this new diet where I can't snack. Whenever I feel like snacking, I need to drink water. How gross does that sound? Imagine doing it. So, I go to these diet support group meetings and I needed to get in contact with the leader to let her know that I would be missing a few meetings. But, I lost the paper with her number on it and I didn't have anyone else's number. It's kinda anonymous. Heehee. Anyways, I did a quick people search online and all her information came up! It's so freaking easy to find someone these days. While I was people searching I found some good sites that might help you guys out if you're ever in the same bind. Here ya go.
